hours after the ambassador was gunned down less than a mile away. no one was hurt and the embassy was closed at the time. maureen: new information on a deadly police shooting outside of inova fairfax hospital last august. today the investigators released surveillance video of a fairfax county deputy confronting a man at a bus stop. carrying a sign post at a weapon. investigators say before the deputy arrived yovani amaya gomez hit a security guard with the post. the video shows the deputy shooting gomez as he ran toward him with the post raised. they have cleared the deputy of wrongdoing. take a look at this video. you can see them pulling the driver from the car as it burst into flames. police in pearland, texas, people stopped to help after the car veered off the road to improve of trees. the injured driver suffered broken bones but the authorities say he should be all right. jonathan: comin
