this happened in woodbridge. virginia state police say isaac salgado was walking to get fuel after his s.u.v. ran out of the of gas. he was hit a half mile south of the disabled vehicle. two other people were with him but weren't hurt. police are investigating the crash. there is a diss tushing discovery in a steak house where a man was found dead inside a restroom. a cleaning crew found his body at the ruth chris steak house. there are no obvious signs of foul play. >> president elect donald trump is putting out fires with less than hour weeks to go before the inauguration. the big zest the risk with the current administration. the president-evidence lecht criticized the obama -- president-elect criticized obama administration for not

sure what led to the crash but they are looking into several causes. >> he tells the police he was going in a neighborhood and a car honked at him. then moments later the same car pulled alongside him and fired seven shots in the car. the driver and neither the passenger were hurt. but a ward four councilmember says it was reported as road rage. the d.c. body cameras getting the first big chase after an officer shot and killed a man on christmas day. the investigators say they shot 29-year-old gerald hall when he refused to drop a knife.
