the family of an 8-year-old boy says he was kicked out of the boy scouts because he is transgendered. the family signed him up and made it clear he is transgender. after a month she got a call from the boy scout head council saying he could no longer be part of the organization. >> i felt bad for my son. he was having a good time. they had a barbecue. the last day they had a halloween party. they did experiments. he really enjoyed it. he was with his friends. jonathan: the boy scouts of america recently lifted a ban on gay scouts and leaders but say transgender children are a separate issue. this is a thing that the scouts will have to revisit the issue.

jonathan: new development after i-team investigator scott taylor started to ask questions why developer allowed them to build up next to an eagles nest in manassas. this is what happened after the i-team got involved. scott: they will request a new permit application filed by the developer of the two office buildings next to an eagles nest in manassas, virginia. last year the developer had applied for a permit before construction. but the fed said they didn't need one. former animal welfare
