returning now to our breaking news. deadly storms across the south. this is new video just in from georgia, where heavy rain and winds have clearly take an toll. many trees have been knocked over or have fallen over. they're damaging dozens of homes and other buildings as well. >> as you can imagine, roads will be wet in the southeast, ohio valley, mid-atlantic. slippery roads in the northern midwest and run into snow as well in the western mountains. if you're flying, airport delays are most likely in washington, philadelphia, new york, boston, and san francisco. while we're talking about fly, united airlines is looking into what could have been a fatal incident. a baggage handler got trapped inside a plane's cargo hold. zblots of questions still need to be answered. shortly after the flight took off, airport workers in charlotte realized a baggage handler had somehow become

future of obamacare. on wednesday, president obama will meet with congressional democrats to try to devise a plan to keep obama-care in tact. republican senate majority leader mitch mcconnell says repealing obamacare is the first item on the agenda for this year's new congress. president-elect donald trump has also called for the program to be repealed and replaced. the city of gaithersburg is starting the new year with a new ban on vaping. the rule bans e-sigs and vaporizers in all city buildings, cars, and parks. they're also banned in restaurants and schools. the punishment -- a 100-dollar fine if you're caught using them. ready for lift-off. space-x' will return to flight on sunday. the planned rocket launch comes after the company says it determined the cause of
