everyone, on this monday. i'm kendis gibson. >> i'm mara hi the storm moving from the pacific and affecting parts of ten states. many roads blocked by flooding and mud slides. the storm toppled many trees in the san francisco bay area including this one in the city's mission district. it demolished the two cars you see there but there were no injuries. torrential rains and major flooding. a state of emergency on the west coast. rivers rising to their highest levels in more than a decade. the truckee river in northern nevada cresting overnight forcing people in more than 1,000 homes to be evacuated in reno. in northern california, at least three people have died from falling trees and flooded roads. in wine country vineyards underwater. this drone video showing the swollen napa
