if you look beyond where i am standing, you can see the fire is still smoldering 12 hours after it started in northeast baltimore. one body has been recovered in what is left of the single-family home. the mother was taken to the hospital along with three of her children. her husband was working. the remaining children, still being searched for at this hour. the fire started around 12:30 this morning at this northeast baltimore house. it woman and her children were home when the fire spread to all three floors. it caused the second and third floors to collapse. >> it made it difficult for us to extend wish the fire and it to get insideult to do any kind of search-and-rescue. >> an excavator was brought into to remove the debris. >> we are trying not
