program is repealed and not replaced. congressional republicans are among the most vocal critics about the commuting of the sentence of chelsea manning. convicted for leaking more than 700,000 documents to wikileaks. manning came out as transgender after being sentenced to 35 years in prison. she attempted decide twice last year and now she's been granted clemency. manning will be released this may. paul ryan calls the move outrageous and senator john mccain says it will only encourage further acts of of espionage. at least one cheering it is the wikileaks founder. he calls her a hero. the stateme breaking news from orlando where the suspect in the murder of a police officer has been
