on his signature promises. >> reporter: getting inaugurated is easy. governing is difficult. he is going to start with the campaign promises. look for him to deliver early and thoroughly on repealing and replacing obama care. and the border wall. that feeds to his second big priority. he has to watch his right. he needs to start giving on the conservative promises early. he needs to start reigning in the budget and deliver on a supreme court nominee that the right gets behind. that's how he solidifies his base. and then watch his left. president trump is going to try to reach out to democrats and pick them off for other priorities including a giant infrastructure package. he's going to enrage some in his party when he does it. that's part of what he's trying to achieve. there's people rooting for his failure. he's going to have to walk a tight rope in the first 100 days. >> needless to say,
