here is what happened. two people were behind this liquor store on n street. there was an altercation behind the liquor store. one person fired shots multiple times, and the victim than ran up to where the center feet -- where the centerfield gate is and then collapsed. there were a lot of people here. that is why it was originally thought that the shooting happened there. six or seven shots were fired off. the victim collapsed there and was rushed to the hospital. let's listen to how witnesses described the screen. i came out to him running down the street. we are told by d.c. police that the suspect got away. he is described as a black male in his 20's, and he was self on south capitol street in a black chevy impala.

granted the first interview with president donald trump since he took office. you can see that interview tomorrow night at 10:00 p.m. taller and stronger. that is what the white house says it wants when it comes to the fencing surrounding donald trump's new home. john gonzalez is outside the white house with details on the fence design concept. john: the white house wants a stronger and taller fence and we are not talking about the u.s.-mexico border here. during his first week in office, the commission of fine arts has finally approved the final design for the new fence. we can tell you right off the bat, it will be this much taller. four feet seven inches taller. take a lack -- take a look at these concept designs. the existing fence stands at about seven feet tall. footew fence would be 11 seven.
