jesse matthews at large in virginia and his dna had been taken on his conviction for criminal trespass, then he would have been in jail where he rightly belonged. alison: they are pushing for dna testing for misdemeanors, the mission now to prevent another tragedy. jonathan: happening now, the source -- the search for the people who assaulted a postal worker in georgetown. the attack happened on 32nd street in the middle of the afternoon. the police say that it happened after break-ins and that's of mail from two separate postal cars. the police are releasing these images. there is a reward of up to $50,000 for information that helps catch them. all charges dropped, but at the time the police responded with force, throwing people to the ground. not a camera footage that is creating a backlash.
