said he looks forward to speaking with lawmakers. stay with us as this unfolds. jonathan: virginia is joining a federal lawsuit against the immigration order, calling it unlawful, unconstitutional, and un-american. the order suspends immigrants from seven countries for the next 90 days. tom roussey has the growing lawsuit against the order. yeah, jonathan, the reviewing stand from the inauguration has not been taken down yet, but the white house is facing lawsuits. we now know the white house's neighbor across the river, virginia, is joining one of them. today i am bringing legal action on behalf of the commonwealth of virginia. by histh the governor side, virginia's attorney general announced he plans to join a lawsuit aimed at stopping the presidents immigration order. >> make no mistake, the commonwealth of virginia and our people are alr

efforts at the scene. absolutely, jonathan, and many of them told me tonight the things they saw on that day will stay with them forever. this is where it all began. it was a bitter cold january day in 1982. according to investigators, that flight had no business leaving the wings,, ice on hardly got any elevation before it crashed. it is a seminal moment in washington history, the crash and subsequent rescue of passengers aboard doomed air flight florida 90. don usher was the u.s. park police pilot who swooped in under her and this conditions to pluck a number of passengers to safety. >> a sense of urgency, but we had our own safety to deal with, debris, fuel, every possible bad thing you could think of. jay: the 35th anniversary

images are graphic. this happened in portland. the 12-year-old girl developed a fever and the sores would not go away. three dermatologists told the family that it look like sores from a pedicure. transmission of infections and diseases is possible with improper cleaning. hiv can bes and even transmitted on dirty implements if one person got bloody on the instrument and it was used on another person. that is pretty serious stuff. alison: doctors are treating the young girl with antibiotics. the nail salon has agreed to pay the girl's medical bills and are reviewing procedures to correct the problem. jonathan: now an 7 on your side consumer report. it is tax season. the irs wants to warn you of a phone scam. the scheme works when a fake irs agent calls, claiming that you oh money.

are going to jail is what they say. in 2013, more than 10,000 victims were tricked out of more than $54 million. alison: an unusual bill would hit cops telling drivers to the gas. some virginia lawmakers want to address drivers going to slow in the left lane. they say that it creates a dangerous problem. it would allow for a fine of up to $250 driving under the speed limit in the left lane. it is just a proposal now. maryland,in legislation up for debate to legalize marijuana in the state. two bills being introduced the session, one would regulate sale and distribution, the other would set the tax rate. if the bills failed to pass, or is also a push to put pot on the ballot next year and let voters decide. alison: the white house has made changes to lgbt rules, but the boy scouts of america has.
