it is 8:00 in the morning, a on a large lot in this very rural area, someone breaks into that home, the female homeowner shoves him come up which is him back. -- pushes him back. the male homeowner appears with a weapon, fires back hitting the suspect in the leg. the suspect does not completely retreat. he goes outside briefly, grabs aps of metal that a piece of metal and charges back into the home. who is ahomeowner former fbi agent fired his weapon again, striking that suspect in the head. the suspect was able to run from the home and a short distance from that house dropped in the yard and was taken to shock trauma.
