in response to president's executive order. northern virginia bureau chief jeff goldberg is live from dulles international airport where attorneys have been camped out to helm immigrants impacted by the ban. jeff: yeah, they have, michelle. we see the attorneys here right now with the sign saying, "did you see anyone held, questioned or detained?" they have been here all week. if you see someone detained tweet. @caircoalition. many groups working here and many attorneys are working pro bono here. dulles airport is pretty quiet right now but that court hearing getting a lot of applause during a rally today at a mosque in sterling for peace and harmony. at a rally for peace and harmony there is also anger toward the president's actions. >> i'm disgusted by it. jeff:

u.s. jeff: for muslims like saed ali, now is a time of tension but also one of hope. >> it feels good to see the people of other faiths outside the mosque and be able to express themselves. they don't feel threatened. they are welcoming us. jeff: governor mcauliffe says the executive order is also impacting the economy. he says he heard from two international companies this week that were considering moving to virginia but after the signing of the executive orders say they are no longer interested. live at dulles airport, jeff goldberg, abc7 news. jonathan: thank you very much, jeff. take a look at this. this was the scene a couple weeks ago. this was the protest going on down the street from mike pence's temporary d.c. house. tonight they are at it again. this time they are protesting the president. tom roussey was there two weeks ago and he is following the glitter protesters as they call themselves again tonight. tom?

location. this is outside the trump hotel. the protesters, a lot of the same people that were there are gathering here. on facebook it said hundreds of people should show up. it's starting to push toward a hundred. it's a much colder night than last time so it may be more difficult to get some folks out. but they are gathering to protest. this is a broader protest. [audio interruption] their plan is to use music and to dance. michelle: we apologize, we are losing that shot. that was tom roussey there. moving on now the trump administration is retaliating for iran's recent ballistic missile test. new sanctions tonight target more than two dozen people and companies from iran. they come after the white house put iran on notice over the missile test. it is trump's first package of penalties against iran reflecting his tougher stance toward iran. jonathan: president trump campaigned on a promise to create jobs. today he sat down with business leaders to discuss ways to do just that. trump invited several

jonathan: fire officials says it will take days to extinguish a fire that broke out at waste and recycling center. 70 firefighters responded. no one was hurt but there is a haze that is lingering in area as a result. a hazmat team was called in but there is no risk to the public because only household trash is burning. tonight, prince george's county officials are praising a team of deputies who said they were just doing what they were trained to do >> the deputies were driving to work when they spotted a burning house on milligan lane in clinton. they didn't see anyone outside so they figured there must be someone trapped inside.

woman unresponsive. >> i continually gave her five-second compressions, at which point gave her the opportunity to breathe. michelle: both people are in critical condition tonight but are showing signs ofstigators ao figure out what caused the fire. jonathan: that is amazing. a d.c. school plagued with bed bugs is going to close temporarily starting on monday for a thorough scrub-down and cleaning. the cleaning at savoy elementary school starts tonight. soft materials such as rugs, cots, blankets, pillow, all of it will be replaced. the school will undergo a safety around a health inspection. students will attend classes in a different d.c. building while savoy is being cleaned. michelle: a mother accused of child abuse could face additional charges now that the child has died. the 4-year-old girl was taken to the hospitalmont after she told police -- taken to the hospital after she told police her daughter passed out in the

michelle: cyber criminalling targeting you know -- cyber criminals targeting your w2. an e-mail goes out to the payroll and the h.r. department from a scammer requesting w2 for official business. they are of course those annual tax forms with the personal and the salary information. if you receiver an e-mail do not reply. jonathan: it has been two weeks since the obamas left the white house. that is where they used to live. they went on vacation and they are back in d.c. and living in the new house. rental in the kalorama neighborhood. the northwest portion of washington. stephen tschida shows us how they have been welcomed to the new neighborhood. stephe

that six stations will be closed for what metro is calling critical safety work. the closed stations include farragut west, mcpherson square, federal triangle, smithsonian, federal center and capitol south. metro will have free shuttles between foggy bottom and eastern market. jonathan: at this time on sunday, we are going to be minutes away from the kickoff of super bowlli. we now know the vice president mike pence will be attending the game. advertisers, this is incredible. they are paying $5 million for a 30-second commercial. these are old commercials but they were hilarious. in keeping with tradition some companies released the ads online. >> if that is a buick, then my kid is cam newton. jonathan: another ad tells how budweiser's founder encountered hostility when he immigrated to the united states but the brewery says the timing is n

climate. they said the ad had been in works for months and months and months. >> there you go. this will be a weekend where everyone is inside, glued to the tv. jonathan: there will be that. >> not thinking about the weather outside. doug: not so much. if you have outdoor activity tomorrow, it's fine. chilly but sunny which is nice. sunday, mild temperatures. late in the afternoon nobody will care about the weather. let's start with the coverage on friday. take a look at the high temperatures now. yesterday the afternoon high for the washington area went from 44 to 45 degrees. in another several days and another week i think we were up to 46. we are on track toward spring. the temperatures have felt at times more like early spring than winter. at the moment we have temperatures on the high temperature scale. 44 in warrenton. 41 in culpeper. 37 in andrews. the different values are below average. the doesn't happen too often around the area. we get through the everything hours we will drop through the 30's. mostly cloudy this evening than later to

bring -- northwesterly winds will bring in drier air and clearer skies. that will drop us to the mid-20's in most area by morning. to lar radar is picking up the -- the doppler radar is picking up the snow but i don't think it will reach the ground. so for a short period of time it will feel like early february around here with cold temperatures. the future cast shows as we get through the nighttime, quick clearing in the skies. cold air pushing in from the west. we have gusty breezes through the morning. midday the winds should settle down. it will be sunny and cold and in the upper 30s. as we get through late saturday and sunday the high moves offshore. then we have a deal with cloudiness in the morning. from a disturbance out to sea. cold front is coming through not a lot of weather associated with it. maybe a sprinkle but more what we will find in the day are the period of clouds and sunshine until the front passes. then we will be in good shape by the afternoon and warmer on sunday than on saturday. so, look for the hour-by-hour

watch the steady drop in the 20's or the low to mid-20's in many areas by morning. the wind chills will make it feel colder. so the forecast for tomorrow for the area, sunshine. a little breezy in the morning. highs to 38. big jump to 48 on sundays. period of sun and clouds. maybe a sprinkle. then as we go through early next week we will see temperatures start to build up again. 53 on monday. tuesday and wednesday could be interesting. warm front and a cold front deal could be nasty for some part of the country. for us just period of rain and gusty winds. but temperatures in the 60's. turning colder on friday and saturday and then another warm-up. back to the upper 50's by next weekend. that's it. jonathan: thank you. michelle: all right. jonathan: turn the attention to the game on sunday. michelle: i know. everyone has a favorite pick. jonathan: tom terrific. everyone wants to see the moment where tom gs the m.v.p. trophy from goodell. erin: isn't that exciting? if it does happen. just the way the season has gone.

my dad. erin: it's rare to see an emotional moment from tom brady but we got to see it. his family has been dealing with a lot. brady's mom has been dealing with an illness for the past 18 months and she hasn't been to a game all season. but she is expected to watch her son at the super bowl on sunday. >> i hope everyone is here to share in a great experience. it has been a tough year. every family goes through different things. my family has been a great support system for me. hopefully we'll make everyone happy on sunday. erin: i'm

tom brady is considered the face of the league. johnny manziel had the opportunity to possibly be that one day. but then he got in his own way. that hasn't stopped him from getting to the super bowl. or at least to a mall near the super bowl. that is where the 2012 heisman trophy winner is signing autographs for $99 a pop. what a deal! the same price for professional photos but only $50 if you took them with your own phone. wow! what a story! yikes is all i have to say. now, you may have seen the crashed ice courses before. jonathan: insane. erin: but not in someone's backyard. i took this guy, a minnesota man five years to build this 700-foot course. i weaves around his house, ends up in his front yard. he lives on a farm. he says it is the only crashed ice training course in north mesh. i bet there are athletes who are eager to train there now. finally tiger woods, he had to withdraw from the dubai tournament due to back spams
