the travel ban blocked, a federal judge has halted the orderversial immigration from president trump, a move the white house press secretary just called outrageous. the action band people from seven countries for 90 days. today, customs and border protection said they are reinstating visas. today,judge announced the president's executive order does not apply. does not apply. that means folks can now fly into our country. that is significant. alison: the white house says the department of justice is planning to file an emergency stay as soon as possible, saying it is "reviewing the court order and will determine the next steps." stay with us for updates. a unique protest in the hours just before the judge made the decision. this crowd was in front of the trump hotel in d.c.

but dancing. tom roussey joins us live. jonathan, the last few months we have seen so many protesters outside of the trump hotel. this group was here as well. this group marched, but what they did to set themselves apart with was dancing. ♪ we are living at a time in d.c. where one protest can be interrupted by another protest. they can start to sound the same, but not this one. the group called work for peace focuses less on chants and more on dancing. this is not the first time they've done this. nights before the inauguration, they made national headlines with a dance protest as close as the police would allow them to vice president mike pence's temporary home. >

school frustrated. kids cannot even go back to class monday? tim: no, and nobody knows where they will be monday. there is a sign of the front door. basically what the sign says come if you want your kids to see a health counselor, they can make that happen. earlier tonight, pest-control trucks were parked in front of the school. those are gone tonight. but the lights are still on, because there are people cleaning the school right now. this pest-control truck parked in front of this playground has students saying -- >> ew! uled tonight, crews ha cleaning supplies and pest-control items into savoy elementary. the target, bedbugs and rats. >> i'm furious.

four-year-old died, days after she was found unresponsive in her mother's gaithersburg apartment. her mother could be facing additional charges when the all caps reveals the exact cause of death. neighbors have been waiting for answers ever since last thursday, when emergency responders took a call from this apartment complex on sunnybrook terrace in gaithersburg. >> i came home and my wife said there was a little girl that was taken out on a stretcher. anna-lysa: the child on the stretcher was four-year-old nohely alexandra martinez hernandez. she was rushed to shady grove medical center and airlifted to children's national medical center, where she died wednesday. her mother, iris hernandez rivas, is now charged with child abuse and assault. >> the story was the child would into the bathroom comes you not

minutes, so she went in to check on her. she then changed her story. anna-lysa: detective say she admitted to kicking her four-year-old in the stomach, causing her to hit her head on the wall. >> she said she was upset at the child for not brushing her teeth. anna-lysa: rivas waited roughly an hour before calling 911 to report that her daughter was face down in the bathtub. >> i have pity for the grandfather. i just wish this would not have happened. rivas told the police that bruises on her daughter's body were due to a belt that she used to hit her, days before she was admitted to the hospital. rivas is being held without bond. anna-lysa gayle, abc 7 news. jonathan: a trial date has been set for a heinous crime. this man is accused of

four people inside of a d.c. .ansion he will be going on trial in september of next year. alison: a terror investigation opened in paris. a man with a machete rushed towards a group of soldiers and guards at the louvre museum. the suspect was shot by a soldier and taken into custody. were evacuated. jonathan: an embarrassing mixup for the u.s. military. they claim to have released new video from a deadly raid in yemen. turns out the video had already been published online. a spokesperson said the footage was released without being properly analyzed. trump's firstent 100 days, and some big political headlines -- the trump administration's leveling new sanctions against iran after that country tested a ballistic missile this week.
