began arriving saturday morning at dulles airport for the first time in a week. any person holding a valid u.s. visa was able to board a u.s.-bound plane. >> i did not know how long it would take to see my mother. he has been trying to get his mother home from saudi arabia for a week. she is a permanent u.s. resident, not knowing when she could return. >> at first i was angry. can she come back here? sam: his mother learned that she could return earlier this week. he said she is one of the lucky ones. now all immigrants and refugees from the seven band nations can come to the u.s. if they have a valid visa. the state department said it is reversing its order of more than 60,000 visa cancellations. president donald trump slammed the federal judge to block the ban, calling it ridiculous and stating it would be overturned.
