no one was seriously hurt. jonathan: a young woman is dead and a man is jail after an early morning crash on route 28 in montgomery county. gabryielle perry died in the crash. andre glenn was the driver and has been charged. there is new information on a deadly plane crash. the plane didn't much further than that. that is a mall. it crashed in the roof of the mall before it opened. no one inside of the mall was hurt. everybody aboard the plane was killed. four americans and the australian pilot. you can see from that vantage point it's just a ball of fire. all four men from the united states were from texas. they were avid golfers. they with there for a dream vacation. they were supposed to take them to golf excursion but the pilot reported catastrophic engine faire

jonathan: a wild police chase. if this was oklahoma it's no big deal but it's queens, new york. the bull escaped a slaughterhouse. he got boxed in and he escaped. no cowboys on the force apparently. his own undoing. he roams in a back-yard. there is a fence all the way around and he was captured. michelle: a final goodbye tonight for a beloved member of the national zoo. bao bao. today the zoo gave her a meal of bamboo and a grand sendoff. she was loaded to a special fedex plane dubbed "the panda express" to be shipped off to china. the flight takes 16 hours. we are tracking the progress on flight aware. right now the beloved panda is just over the atlantic ocean. after a very emotional

the last half of 2016. bus ridership also fell off. they are predicting a declean by the end of the fiscal year -- decline by the end of the fiscal year. brianne carter has the plan to right the ship. brianne: the cut cost, a thousand jobs on the chopping block including 250 filled positions in this year's budget and 300 next year. metro is reducing expenses by cutting overtime, reducing healthcare cost and putting in a hiring freeze. additional money is expected to come from the surpluses from the previous years. metro general managers says the actions aren't sustainable. >> there is nothing less we can go to. we are fast approaching that. brianne: so metro doesn't plan to ask maryland, d.c. or virginia to contributed additional money this year. in the jurisdiction including d.c., maryland and

that is at reagan national. it will warm back up tomorrow to the 60's and the 70's. tell you the numbers this time around. a beautiful afternoon. there are spots later on. but there are cloudy days. official high of 58 at reagan normal. nine degrees of the average high. tomorrow morning we will be in the mid-40's. it will turn milder with the clouds. we will see sprinkles as well. but the temperatures are mild overnight as well. the forecast is mostly cloudy area wise. 40 to 48 is the range for western suburbs to 48 in downtown washington. with the winds turning south. warmer air is overhead and that will set the stage for sprinkles and the showers. this model analyze the

a lot of it won't reach the ground but a little could early in the morning. if you get up early and see showers or sprinkles, don't be surprised. it will move out and up is will come out in the afternoon. we'll have temperatures in the upper 60's. warmer for thursday and friday as the temperatures head lower 70's. the winds come in out of the south. the story for the weekend is interesting. we have mild temperatures on saturday. but then we have increasing cloudiness. still around 70. in the afternoon a cold front comes through to give us a good chance, 70% probability of the showers and the isolated thunderstorms to the front. it will blow through and then it will get chilly. the temperatures are 49 to 50 degrees. then we warm up again. this is the process. until something substantial changes we will repeat this over and over. 67 tomorrow. 72 on thursday and friday. we will keep an eye on that and an isolated sho
