>> the woman saying they're not answering their questions. the other issue dominating the town halls is health care. republicans are under fire for their plan to repeal, replace obamacare but former house speaker john boehner says he laughed when he heard that adding it is "not going to happen." instead he predicts republicans will keep most of obamacare's existing framework and make relatively modest changes. >> we'll see who is correct in that decision. the trump administration also plans a crackdown on legalized marijuana. the white house spokesman sean spicer saying is the justice department will enforce the federal law against recreational use. as a candidate, president trump said he supported medicinal marijuana but spicer says there's a big difference between that and recreational use. such use is legal in eight states. malaysian police say a nerve agent was used to kill the half-brother of north korea's leader.
