11:19 am
as you know, the czech republic has a long tradition in the defense industry, and i feel uae partners are willing to learn and they want to give up their own capabilities and this is a arfect occasion to create structured partnership based on the cooperation in the defense industry. you have to trust each other. that youto be sure want to invest a lot of money into a project that your partner will maintain or

defense spending? , atirst i have to explain the end of the 90's, there was a big enthusiasm in central europe that the conflict between east and west is over and now there will be a very bright future without any conflict on -- in our part of the world. -- aif we had very strong , weng defense industry started to underestimate the say, the, and let's budget priorities were in other fields.
11:22 am
it is the end of the. of underestimating the situation , the security situation. the request oft 2% is absolutely normal and we are aware of the obligations we took when we entered to nato. it is a slow process, though. double theossible to defense --inistry of of the ministry of defense in one or two years. we are very fast in increasing the budget.
11:23 am
which is very good. 1.4% and -- in 2020 or 2021 we will continue this way. we are not the best in the absolute amount of money but we are one of the best, let's say, in increasing the budget. we can make it. the climate in population and political climate is perfect. everybody is supporting that. >> jeanette mack offers tips on

and some things displayed for the first time was heaven weaponry -- heavy weaponry. >> and you have some on display here? >> absolutely. this is our m2. it is a 50 cal round. it is integrated into our simulator. the cost savings is really what we are looking for here. , it is aboutound three to four dollars -- three dollars to four dollars around. about 5ntry can get million trigger pulls on these any monetary waste. the reality
11:27 am
roughly three to four dollars so when you are putting someone on these guns for the first time, that is a lot of money that you are putting down range that you are just wasting. with this, i can kind of build you up. think of it like driving training or other training where i put you in a simulator first before i put you out on the road. >> imagine doing it for the first time. i have never shot a gun. mind if i do a shot? >> go ahead. >> i will have you all the mic. all right, let's see. shots] >> while. i don't know if our audience will be able to hear afterwards. >> the weapons on the software and how they work is an electric and mechanical linkage. there has been acceler
