jonathan: a day without a woman becoming a day off from school. george's county schools are closing because of the strike. women are expected to stay home in solidarity with the movement. jonathan: it will impact a lot of your day tomorrow. tim barber joins us with the growing list of school closures that is catching some parents offguard. tim: prince george's county school is the latest. center city charter schools decided to shut down, and yesterday we told you about alexandria city public schools closed tomorrow. but it's not just schools. businesses are also joining in. tonight, women are working, but tonight men will be making the drinks. >> it was being able to recognize everybody's right to protest and strike if we wanted to. tim: this restaurant is one of many

escape everyone is talking about tonight. a suspected burglar hiding in the duct system of an empty movie theater. jay korff is live in greenbelt with how it played out. jay? scenario,n, an insane the police were closing in on this burglary suspect across the street. he threw a tv at them as he was about to be arrested. he sprinted across the street, into the mall come into the movie theater. it was empty come and he hit above the movie screen. lucky to be alive after leading the police on a wild chase that ended in a movie theater ceiling. investigators had this man under surveillance in laurel and watched him break into cars and homes, then tailed him into a parking lot complex in greenbelt. when moving in for the arrest, he threw a

officers, sprinted inside of the mall and into the empty movie theater. , he was abletered to access a scaffolding and found himself in the roof of the theater, where he had no exit. standing on water pipes and ceiling tiles. some of the tiles came crashing down. medical personnel were on standby, concern he would fall through the ceiling. police negotiators climbed a ladder and talked face-to-face with the man who agree to come down on injured three hours later. the suspect now faces a long list of serious charges. live in greenbelt, jay korff, abc 7 news. jonathan: just into the newsroom, hawaii is planning to file a lawsuit against president trump's newly revised travel ban. the trump administration said they follow the letter of the law.

on muslims. alison: breaking news from prince george's county. these are live pictures where the police are investigating a shooting incident when. paramedics took two men to the hospital in critical condition. developments after the deadly crash involving a freight train and charter bus. the train smashed into the bus, dragging it down the tracks. kimberly suiters has the investigation. kimberly: four people died, 35 injured. investigators believe the texas-based charter bus was crossing the tracks when it was hit by the oncoming train. >> it was like a bomb going off. just, oh, my of god, what is this? buserly: video of the
