ryan: cork wine bar in northwest d.c. is taking on president donald trump. >> at the end of the day it's not fair. it's something that needed to be addressed. ryan: cork owners ryan diane grs and khalid pitts filed against trump personally and the company operating the trump hotel citing unfair business competition saying mr. trump and his hotel have a leg up with politicians and foreign dignitaries. >> it's clear that those who are looking to influence the administration look there first. ryan: cork is 1 1/2 miles away from the president hotel. >> this is about local businesses trying to make it in the city. ryan: cork has been in business for ten years and they say they have faced competition before. but the lawsuit is about leveling the playing field. the general manager at an italian restaurant up the block from cork on 14th street told abc7 on the phone he has not noticed a drop
