and the potential of a nor'easter next week. the latest model coming in. that is in a few minutes. jonathan: we went from possibly the earliest peak bloom of the cherry blossoms to possibly 90% of the blossoms of being wiped out if it gets too cold. tom roussey is at the tidal basin. it's freezing out there. tom: it is, which is bad for the blossoms. if more of these looked like this, they would not be so worried. unfortunately, the majority look more like these, ready to blossom, meaning they are exposed to potential damage from the cold. if the official prediction holds, this could happen as soon as with late next weekend. but you would not know what after an insane 24-hour temperature drop. >> a very drastic change.

his car, and the men ditch their bikes to pummel them. the victim who was being assaulted by the motorcycle riders now has a broken leg. jonathan: the man is hospitalized, listed in fair condition. this type of biker road rage gripped new york city a couple years ago. a man was dragged out of his vehicle and beaten by a group of motorcyclists in front of his wife and children. 11 bikers were convicted. the police say that bikers committing stunts often remove their license plates or obscure them. this was a youtube stunt meant for entertainment that led to criminal charges against a california mom and dad. they drove a truck with their son in the back with his nanny. they were not secured in the back of the truck. the police got wind
