for a man shot by officers. larry dawson pleaded guilty to pulling out b.b. gun at check point. the officers shot him when they saw the b.b. gun that looked like a real handgun. as part of the sentence he will receive mental health treatment. jonathan: now a developing story of arrest in the smash and the grab gun store robberies in virginia. jeff goldberg is joins us live. i understand that the police are only linking the men to the burglaries in virginia. not the rockland, maryland store, where they got a lot of guns. >> that is right. no connection from two weeks but the arrests are a big deal. the burglaries had people that were concerned. they were arrested because of a tip. the three suspects are accused of burglarize the three store in northern virginia.

chantilly. the other is in ash tactical in spotsylvania county. they took 35 guns from the store in chantilly but they did not take firearms from the other two stores because of high security measures. the suspects are 23-year-old preston holmes. 23-year-old ma knew jones. 19-year-old daniel quarrels. a tip led them to 8th street in northwest washington over the weekend where the a.t.f. agents located a u-haul van used in the crimes. then all three suspects were arrested over the weekend in virginia. we spoke with the owner of one of the gun stores burglarized he said he is not surprised the suspects were caught. >> figure they would be caught sooner than later. i didn't expect it that fast. >> they got what was coming to them. i hope they have found the stolen f

moment a man with a long criminal record. the man can be seen trying to get ahold of the soldier's rifle. the tests show the attacker had cocaine and marijuana and alcohol in his system when he died. electronics could be banned on direct flights from middle eastern countries to the u.s. cell fon and medical devices will be exempt but the other electronics would need to be checked. u.s. airlines would not be impacted. there has been no confirmation from the department of the homeland security. they told cnn the u.s. embassies told relevant countries and the airlines about this.
