developments and he joins us at 4:00. rich? richard: the court documents give us some indication of what happened. grand jury indictment and now murder charges against two men. some closure for a grieving family. show you where it happened. it happened in spotsylvania on piney branch road. you may notice there is a small memorial of flowers there for the young woman, ciccone. in december of 2015, as you mentioned, the 21-year-old woman was found shot to death in the silver kyat this spot. the car discovered by the homeowner who came outside. now a year later the grand jury indicted 29-year-old joshua williams and 28-year-old jonathan vejarano on murder charges. police released no motive on how ciccone came in contact with the suspects but among the charges are the sexual assault, carjacking, burglary while using or

she was it having home on the spring break. this happened in the 4200 of blaine street northeast. friends at the time were recording a wrap video. q mccray has the developing story and the hunt for the killer. q? q: jonathan, this all happened in this parking lot right here. i spoke to witnesses not too long ago who told me that the woman was shot right next to the safeway shopping cart. now, jonathan, we know who she was. we spoke to her family. here is a picture of ionna mcallister. 19 years old, freshman at university in north carolina, studying criminal justice. as you said, she was home on spring break. we talked to her family. they tell us she was out here between 10:00 and 11:00 watching the making of music video with one of her friends. the rapper performing went to school with her.

someone pulled out a gun and fired gunshots, up to 30. one hit ayana. she was rushed to the hospital. the doctors did their best to save her life but she passed away. now the search is on for her killer. we are waiting to hear from the metropolitan police department. we should get a release shortly. the suspect is still up in the air. one other person was also shot. they suffered a graze from a bullet on their arm. that person will be okay. as i mentioned we spoke to the family. i'm working on their story for you to air at 5:00. that is the latest live from northeast. i'm q mccray. back to you. michelle: thank you. developing in prince george's county, the driver of this mess. this burst into flames. you can see what is left of it. we are told that the man who was pulled from the car will be okay.
