this has the community on edge. brad: yeah. it has the community on edge. and the entire country is talking about it. governor hogan sounded off on it. the white house talked about it today. it was a rape. they say it is a horrible thing. but many are politicizing it and saying because the suspects are undocumented immigrants it's also a police call issue. a little while ago the superintendent of schools came out and held a press conference and distributed these dock minutes. all -- distributing the documents saying to them it's not political. they are here to teach students. >> while someone tried to make this in to a question an issue of immigration, what comes down is we serve every student that walks in the door. we are a public school system. brad: what

immigration concerns flaring up. according to the multiple sources the both suspects are undocumented crossing the border as unaccompanied minor minors. some telling us they don't know what to think now. >> immigration is a tricky thing. there are so many facets to it, it's hard to weed it all out. brad: yesterday, the white house included montgomery county on a list of jurisdictions that don't fully cooperate with the federal authorities. last night the maryland house of delegates passed a bill to make the state a sanctuary by prohibiting the police from any immigration-related law enforcement. the governor threatened to veto and the montgomery county officials seem eager to avoid the label. >> let me make clear. we are not a sanctuary county. we do cooperate with the

are people in the system that have committed terrible crimes. brad: again, an awful lot of anger and frustration. so many angles to the issue. one of the big complaints is the suspects in the rain o the girl -- suspects in the rape of the 14-year-old girl are enrolled as freshmen. the superintendent telling us they are technically freshmen but they were not in the classrooms with the victim and they didn't know her at all. is there any screening of students when they present at door, 18 years old from another country not speaking english. the answer is no. they have an open door policy. by policy and the state law. one document shared with the press. we will continue on the story. that is the latest from the school system at

we will see a lot colder air moving in. we got to watch this afternoon. the severe weather from nashville to north of atlanta. this is not going to affect us on the southern end of the frontal system that will bring clouds late tonight and bring scattered showers overnight. what you notice the most is the much cooler air tomorrow and the strong winds developing as well. the future cast for the air temperatures show numbers hold at 60 this evening and dropping to the 50's. as the front gets closer and there are scatters around 1:00 to 2:00 in the morning it's still mild. then the temperatures will quickly drop in the 30's. gusty winds make it feel colder and that is the story throughout the day where the temperatures climb to 45 degrees. cold for this time in late march. then we get ahead to the wind chills to see the effects of the cold air and the wind together. it will feel like 20's in the morning.

mid-30's in the wind chills in the afternoon. we will pull out by thursday. still staying chilly with a high of 47. friday a warm front comes through. the front comes through friday morning and there is a chance we'll see showers and clouds friday morning but then through the mid-morning and the afternoon we will warm up to 57. as we get in the day on saturday, a big push of the southerly winds to push temperatures on saturday to 72. that is not a typo. 72. then a disturbance comes by saturday and sunday. maybe the rain. late saturday night. but rain is likely on sunday. 50% probability. lingering showers for monday and tuesday and then we might go to a warmer stretch of temperatures. back to 67 on wednesday. mid-60's thursday and friday. then in the month of april. that is the weather. robert burton. what do you have. robert: everybody is fighting in the nba including
