the communist dictatorship often stages missile test during the exercises. earlier this month it fired four missiles that landed 600 miles into the japanese waters. north korea banned from any missile tests by the united nations. but the country insists technology being tested is for its space program. recall that president trump over the weekend called kim jung-un, "a very bad guy." no doubt we'll got a response later this morning from the administration. >> all right. president trump also has his hands full trying last-ditch effort to push through the gop health care plan. >> law makers heard mr. trump's pitch during a closed-door meeting some say included a threat. now, we're one day away from a possible vote that could change the nation's health care system. >> abc's serena marshal joins us now with the latest. trump is a very busy man at the moment. >> very busy, using a threat and a smile to push his health care reform. telling members they would be fools not to support the bill.

more than 170,000 people are also without power in the state. the storm also swept through cleveland, tennessee, bringing large hail and damaging winds. heavy wind, rain, quarter-sized hail hit knoxville, tennessee. severe flooding also reported. >> the ban of electronic devices on some overseas flights, prompted by concerns of a possible terror attack. u.s. intelligence sources discovered that associates of isis were working on smuggling explosive-laden electronics on to u.s. bound flights. that restriction bans all electronic devices bigger than a cell phone in ten airports and eight middle eastern countries. >> rapper wyclef jean, claiming he was a victim of racial injustice after being handcuffed and detained by los angeles deputies. deputies responding to an armed assault and robbery spotted the former fujis star wearing similar clothing and riding in a similar car as the suspects.
