the famous strip. died, a second injured, this after a shooting on the las vegas boulevard near the cosmopolitan hotel and casino. the suspected gunman is barricaded inside of a bus. the police believe he is by himself all stop there were evacuations and a partial closer of las vegas boulevard. the employees were evacuated on the side of the building. did not hear anything, but definitely want to get out. kimberly: still no word on what triggered the shooting. hotels and casinos are not allowing patrons in that area to leave. takeolice are working to the gun man into custody. a friend of mine from arlington was checking into the cosmopolitan and she said people were running for their lives, terrified. that shooting is not related to the armed robbery of a jewelry store at the bellagio hotel and casino.
