to go! >> reporter: they point to trump's refusal to release tax returns. over the weekend tax day protests popped up around the country. in a townhall meeting in little rock, republican senator, tom cotton got an earful when he tried to defend the president. >> as far as i am aware the president says he is still under audit. [ crowd booing ] >> reporter: will his tax returns ever be released? >> you always talk about, under audit, president is under audit, is it time to say once and for all the president is never going to release his tax returns? >> we'll have to get back to you on that. >> so, you, really? >> really. >> so he may. i said i would have to get back to you on that. i think he is still under audit, the statement still stand. >> reporter: donald trump the first president since richard nixon not to release his taxes. that means, we know less about his sources of income, about his financial ties here in the united states and abroad, about

hoping to chip away at campaign promise, calling for review of a visa program he said is bad for american workers. today in wisconsin, the president will sign an executive erican.alled buy american, hire the order specifically targets the h1b, visa program, asking for departments to suggest reforms to ensure that the right people are accessing these types of visas. now the administration argues that this program currently takes high paying, highly technical and high specialty jobs away from american workers, and allows companies to hire foreigners willing to work for less. >> arlette, while the president is in wisconsin he will be closely watching a race down in georgia today. to try to fill former congressman tom price's seat. what can we expect in the race? >> this is really a big test for democrats. could be a barometer for whether democrats can retake the house in 2018. democrats poured significant amount of resours

$8 million to help boost a newcomer, 30-year-old the front-runner in the race. even president trump is concerned about his prospects, singling him out on twitter saying that he is calling him a quote super liberal and recording a robocall specifically targeting him. this is a very crowded race. 18 candidates. the big question now is whether the front-runner can avoid a run-off. a very good chance he could get more votes than republican opponents. what he really needs to do right now make sure he gets more than 50% of the vote to avoid a run-off. overnight, president trump did seem to lower expectations for republicans in a tweet saying so many republicans in the race that "a run-off will be a win." bottom line here, if the front-runner, if he is able to win this outright tonight in georgia, it is a very good sign and the first sign that democrats have a chance of

>> big threshold. will point out, ashoff has an ally in alyssa milano promising to drive voters to the polls there. not bad. >> celebrity status does for you. >> arlette, thank you. breaking news this morning in connection with the plan by arkansas to put eight men to death. that plan called for the executions of those convicted murderers, to take place over the next 11 days. >> just before 1:00 a.m. eastern time the supreme court blocked the first of the executions it was unclear whether the inmate would be put to death or not. he was given his final meal for dinner. >> arkansas planned the series of executions. the next two executions are scheduled for thursday night. >> authorities searching for steve stevens, say the facebook killer could be an where. the cleveland man now the subject of a nationwide manhunt.

stephens hasn't been seen since investigators say he shot and killed a man at random. then posted the video of the killing on facebook. detectives say they don't know his motive. in a video, stevens blames his ex-girlfriend and claims he snapped. there is a $50,000 reward in this case. >> there its a frantic search for two missing grand canyon hikers. 14-year-old jackson standford, and his step grandmother, louann merrell swept away as they tried to cross a creek. merrell married to one of the founders of merrell boot company. very experienced. she is an avid, experienced hiker. searchers have found their backpacks with their belongings inside. creeks in the canyon see higher water levels in the spring as the snow continues to melt. >> today the day tax man cometh. taxpayers had three extra days. some companies have a way of easing the wane.
