the fire sparked at 11:30 last night when police rushed over right into the apartment, and discovered the man lying unconscious. firefighters did their best to resuscitate him but were unsuccessful. as you can see also, we have video. you can see the fire crews, they have been out here all morning sifting through fire debris, trying to figure out what started the fire. as for the homicide investigators, they have been out here trying to figure out how this man died. >> our homicide unit investigates any death not attended by a physician, including whether a person is found and does not wake up, may have had a heart attack, a drug overdose. all the way up to a homicide or even a suicide. to:
