incident. thought you have seen all images and heard everything there is to hear about it. linsey davis gives us the update. >> reporter: new strid yo shows dr. david dao and his wife now boarding the infamous united flight. less than two minutes later his wife runs off then back on again. the reason is unclear. then, this call to police. >> the airline overbooked the flight. and they need two passengers to get off. they're refusing. >> dao was dragged off after refusing an offer of $800 voucher to turn over seats to a united crew later seen boarding the flight. the newly released police report appears to blame dao for his injuries saying aggressive, physically abusive dao lost his balance and smashed into the armrest when he knocked the officer's arm away. the lawyer calls that nonsense. saying his client lost two teeth, had his nose broken and suffered concussion. after being dragged from the plane, a bloody dao runs back

>> the first time i was a victim when i was 12 years old. then it happened again, last year, last february. when it happened again, i was terrified. i really felt that -- that my manhood had been taken from me. >> you did not press charges? >> in pressing charges the first thing that came through my mind was being labeled a victim. being put on the public record, the public stage. i wasn't ready. i just wasn't ready. >> sadly zeke's trauma is not uncommon. newly released data from the cdc estimates that over 19.5 million u.s. men are the victims of contact sexual violence including rape over the course of their lives. >> starting at age of 12, how do you even begin to process what is happening to you and who to go and talk to about it? >> well at first, i didn't realize what had
