>> it was an attempt to bully jurisdictions like san francisco, santa clara into abandoning sanctuary city policies, by the use of unconstitutional executive order. >> attorneys, sought an in junction to block the executive order. the judge granted the injunction deciding the president has no authority to attach conditions to federal spending. this comes following a federal appeals court blocking the president's first travel plan. revised and remand stalled in the courts following a second ruling. now this marks the third legal hurdle for president trump in his controversial executive orders. >> thank you. house republicans are entering closer to an agreement on a gop health care bill. conservatives and moderates who opposed initial measure to repeal and replace obama care are reviewing a new plan and include an amendment that would allow states to opt out of key provisions of affordable care act. not c

votes. former security national adviser may have committed a felony in connection to payments from a russia media organization. leaders of the house oversight committee documents show flynn never disclosed payments on security clearance paperwork. meanwhile, committee members say the administration won't give them documents about flynn's foreign contacts during his time as national security adviser. >> the white house has refused to provide this committee with a single piece of paper in response to our bipartisan requests, and that's simply unacceptable. >> to ask for every call or contact that a national security adviser made is pretty, pretty, outlandish if you will. >> in a statement, flynn's attorney said the retired lieutenant general, briefed the intelligence agency after the russia trip. flynn's attorney did not answer questions about the payments. >> both the state department and pentagon are sharply criticizing turkey for launching air strikes against kurdish

>> reporter: a fiery collision along one of the busiest free ways in los angeles. six vehicles including three semis sparking an inferno. cars, pinned underneath the big rig. >> the camry underneath the semitruck. >> reporter: authorities say one man was killed. ten others injured. including a 27-year-old woman who is critical. for hours, drivers on both sides of the freeway at a stand still. >> as we start closing things off. start collecting our evidence. we will then determine where the vehicle, were driving, approximately, how fast, and what caused the collision. >> this investigation is still ongoing. the big question for authorities is, what caused that semitruck to jump over the center divider. completely going through the k rails set up to prevent accidents like this from ever happening. in addition to drinking, driving, growing conrn
