and tenderness. alison: a hospital helped a family fulfill a die's man wish to see his son graduate from high school. suffering from cancer they said scotty webb wouldn't live long enough to see the ceremony. when he was hospitalized the community rushed to action and you know what they did? they held a private graduation for the son and his closest friends. >> he had always told me and the brothers that his one goal in life was to raise three men. >> he died two days after the ceremony. he said he was in peace. >> so nice to make that happen.

and it's easy to see it and smell it but with drugs it's not that easy. stephen: the symptoms are similar. people are surprised by the finding but not the police officers who patrol the route who decriminalized marijuana. study found for the first time more drivers killed in the crashes have drugs in their system than alcohol. is it as dangerous as alcohol? >> no. >> personal experience? >> no. >> they are pulling over the impaired drivers to determine blood tests to be on drugs. not drunk.
