it is of a correctional institute or the prisoner was being held. he somehow escaped from clifton perkins hospital center. he got away and howard county police are pulling out all the stops trying to find him. they pulled over a big rig and searched it. ,fficers are suited and booted carrying high-powered rifles and searching vehicles. they say he got away in a wooded area near the hospital. this is the picture of the guy they are looking for. his name is david watson, 28 years old described as five feet eight inches tall and a hundred 40 pounds. he was last seen in the area of dorsey run road which is near the hospital in a very heavily what it

this comes after metro says hundreds of workers had called out sick, saying they were not going to show up for work today. the largest union says there was never a plan sickout and metro officials received 500 west you have the day off. that requests to have a day off messages rise between the union and management. local 689 will continue protests against the metro new absenteeism policy request. required metro employees 72 hours for a sick days. employees can still call out sick, the policy is for appointments and can -- and they can still call in sick. back to the commute, it was typical for many metro riders. a shutdown on this section of the red line yesterday, today, much smoother sailing.
