to explain why police are emphasizing just how dangerous he could be, because of his past. ryan: you will see he has that tattoo on the back of his neck that says evil. this is a guy who is accused of trying to murder officers. kimberly: one under his eye. ryan: police are making it known that watson is downright dangerous. law enforcement sources telling us he is a confirmed gang member and they are just only to get him back behind bars. as of this afternoon, there have of wasson.htings the ground search was called off. the 28-year-old is serving a sentence of 100 years for attempted murder and has been charged in maryland for trying to kill a police officer. says watson used a 12 gauge shotgun and fired into the homes of several deputies in. 2012 but watson was found incompetent to stand trial in maryland twice. on friday, he was on his way to

reports of hail and downed trees and power lines in this region. predominately drying out. a few light showers moving to parts of montgomery county at this point. overnight, partly cloudy skies, patchy fog part of the story for tomorrow morning. the biggest thing is going to be temperatures. we're still starting off in the upper 60's. a very mild morning. school, no problem. the issue is later in the evening. 6:30, some sun. things are dry throughout the majority of the day and then, as we get to after 2:00, stop -- some of it starts to pop up around 6:00. a lot of red and orange.these are likely to develop into some lines of thunderstorms and those will be packing the biggest punch, our best chance for damaging wind gusts. 7:00, that's moving to parts of warre
