they tell me the 14-year-old a 42nd long nude video to fellow classmates, 17-year-old jose montano, the day before this alleged incident took place, the video took place as beyond graphic. jose montano's defense attorney says surveillance cameras caught them making out and pressing them each other against longer -- lockers when -- before going into the bathroom before henry sanchez joined in to what they call consensual sex and all the rape charges dropped but jose montano is facing new counts of possession and distribution of child pornography, going back to the video that the girl sent him . because he is 17 years old him if his case will move from adult court to juvenile court.

night. you can see the damage. a burnt out shell. the top floor is completely exposed. even the homes on each side have significant damage. two families this gate from this burning home. relatives were throwing their loved one over the fence to get away from the flames. the fire started in the garage. a family that recently immigrated from mexico was renting the basement of the house, a husband, wife, two children, eight-year-old girl and four-year-old boy, they did not have renters insurance and were obtaining legal residency and citizenship in the country. they were going to meet with an immigration attorney today. all of their paperwork, documents, even their money for immigration fees were destroyed. >>

texas police officer fired after killing a 15-year-old boy. roy oliver was briefly suspended in 2013 following a complaint about his conduct while serving as a witness in a drunk driving case. he was ordered to take training courses in anger management. he opened fire at a car leaving a house party in the dallas area , killing a high school freshman jordan edwards with no charges filed so far but oliver has been fired. delta airlines says it is sorry for kicking a family often overbooked flight. the airline is offering refunds and compensation to the family after they were forced off of a plane. they were threatened to be thrown in jail for refusing to give up their two-year-old baby 's seek. it was caught on camera and congress is intervening, looking at several bills looking to overhaul airline policies hoping no family has to go through this.
