latest battle in the debate over sanctuary cities. kevin: 18-year-old mario granados-alvarado stole gun and ammo and brought one of the guns an ar-15 assault rifle. they arrested the teen who i.c.e. learned entered illegally from el salvador. last sunday granados-alvarado was booked at the montgomery county jail in boyd. by tuesday i.c.e. sent an immigration detainer. but on wednesday jailers let the accused felon go without contacting i.c.e. today the federal agency blasted montgomery county in a press release says we do not tolerate releasing people back in the street. >> i think i.c.e. is within their rights to try to work

jonathan: cab driver is behind bars held without bond accused of taking passengers on a wild ride. it started when the cab went to drop off three women in woodbridge. after a fight over the fare the driver locked the doors and took off. they were inside. after ten minutes of this going on, one woman unlooked the door and jumped from the moving cab. police caught up to the driver a few blocks away. he is facing three counts of abduction. >> this is something we are all guilty of. middle of the night. make a raid on the fridge. it happens. a hern don man is accused of doing that in somebody else's house to somebody else's fridge. why? no clue. a woman woke up and found chase little poking through her fridge at 2:00 in the morning. he ran. police found him and arrested him. michelle: utah couple in jail after video showed the pair fighting in a hotel parking lot. caught in the middle on her hip is their 11
