ramifications across the internet ecosystem. lisa: what about the civil liberties and free-speech advocates who say this would have significant implications on free speech? >> yes, there would be implications, but you cannot sell children online for sex. that's the implication. you cannot rape children online. that's the implication. lisa: others have taken on back page in the courts and lost. but the congressional report they say is a game changer that incriminate back page with its own documents, showing it is not a passive, neutral business, but engaged in criminal behavior. there is also a bill working its way through congress that would hold publishers accountable for child trafficking. we requested an interview with back page but they declined. lisa fletcher, abc 7 news. steve:
