kimberly: the billy goat trail finally reopened today since flooding shut it down. a hiker had to be rescued. that maker got hurt on the part of the trail near the river and had to be hoisted out by a helicopter. the injury was not life-threatening. a nearby tragedy. onhould say, a near tragedy the tracks in texas, and caught on video. a tow truck was rolling when a then hit the stalled car on tracks in houston. the people inside the car walked away moments before impact. so far, police have not yet set how that car got stranded on the tracks. a driver got a real surprise when his van got swallowed up by a hole in a street in kansas city. look out the back van went down -- look how
