graduation, family members are now preparing for a funeral for second lieutenant richard collins, who is scheduled to walk across the stage tuesday. >> hate has no place in america. hate has no place on a college campus. anna-lysa: bowie state university vice president of student affairs expressed outrage sunday night. >> we have no doubt that sean stabbed, with a knife, richard collins. he said to the victim, step left, step left if you know what's good for you. anna-lysa: richard collins iii was stabbed to death while visiting friends at the university of maryland. his pastor said not only was he days away from graduation but he was recently commissioned into the u.s. army as a second lieutena

devastated. this young man's career was ready to excel and his life was senselessly snuffed out. anna-lysa: the police are investigating the murder as a possible hate crime. the fbi was brought in to assist after learning that urbanski is a member of the alt-reich facebook page. >> it's despicable and shows women, bias against latino, members of the jewish faith, and especially african-americans. anna-lysa: a vigil is scheduled monday evening for collins. >> is a tragic loss to see our national treasure in the form of lieutenant collins taken away from us. anna-lysa: urbanski, a student at the university of maryland, is charged with first and second degree murder in addition to first-degree assault. he is due back in court monday, held without bond.

led to a lockdown at the u.s. holocaust museum. jay korff spoke with some of the people who were trapped inside. >> if you try to leave, they would not let you. dakota,iting from south he said at 3 p.m. he watched as security personnel rushed into the holocaust museum bathrooms. >> they were looking in all the bathrooms, a lot of confusion. jay: somebody reported a sex assault inside a woman's bathroom. the museum was locked down. they were allowed to exit 30 to 45 minutes later, the women and children were, but the men had to stay. were trying to trap, identify come and arrest the suspect. as of late sunday night, the police have not released additional information. most visitors said the authorities handled the incident professionally. they wish they had do what was going on earlier. >> i think they should do what they need to

bringing an increased awareness of shark attacks, five confirmed cases in florida. now one surfer has developed a device meant to prevent shark attacks. you strap it to your leg and it emits electromagnetic pulse that is supposed to disrupt the shark's senses. shark bit a surfer wearing the device in january. >> nowadays, there are no 100% proven shark deterrence. kimberly: experts say the best way to avoid a shark attack is to stay out of the ocean at dawn and dusk, the sharks' feeding times. time, that was the warning shot. what started as fun turned into a scary moment for a little girl
