a student told black girls are ugly and other saying she heard the n-word for the first time on frat row. >> this is present but no, dit does not define us. we will not allow it to define us. the other thing we are hearing is the discussion is good and healthy and can move the campus forward. i have been working my sources hard on the criminal matter here as well and the question of whether or not it was a hate crime. the university police brought in the f.b.i. and investigating to see if it was. i spoke to a number of people involved in the investigation. so far no hard evidence turned up that it was a hate crime other than a white suspect and black victim and the suspect on his facebook page

prison for making bomb threats. james cherry pleaded guilty to calling in false bomb threat to union station last july and he admitted to making threats to two other locations. michelle: crime alert now. after a frightening robbery caught on video in georgetown. this is on m street at the corner of wisconsin avenue. in this video, you see the armed men force an employee to open a safe while his hands are zip tied. he can't get the safe open. so the thieves steal everything he had on him and ran. similar scene in prince george's county. masked men holding up employees in a wall green. this thief was patience. the surveillance video shows him walk in the store an hour earlier and hide inside of a bathroom until closing time. in the rory his mask slips down to give a good look at the face. if you recognize him, call the police. jonathan: a major problem two years ago. d.c. police officers hur

what is needed is better education, more enforcement and the safeguards for people who report overdoses. on that note, fear is spreading over a drug putting rescuers at risk. fentanyl is to dangerous you can die from just touching it. this week three first responders had to get emergency treatment after exposure at a crime scene. joce sterman from circa joins us. this is spreading across if country. joce: this is a problem that the police and the fire departments are forced to tackle. they have to talk about how to handle overdose calls and the drug arrests because the cops and the first responders don't know if they are handling fentanyl unless something goes horribly wrong. >> i thought i was dying. joce: the new jersey police officers know what it is like to overdose on a potentially deadly drug. but they didn't do it on purpose. >> i couldn't

disoriented. everything was exaggerated in your mind. joce: lining up an emergency response for themselves is something that the cops, firefighters and the e.m.s. workers have to worry about thanks to illegal fentanyl. when they answer the call for the drug cases or overdoses they could come in contact with the drug which looks like heroin but has scarier consequences. gary is losing sleep because his agents are at risk in the drug seizures. >> they don't know if they are handling heroin or fentanyl. >> the difference could be life or death. because it can be deadly if you breathe it in or touch it. an ohio cop overdoses two weeks ago brushing it off his shirt. fentanyl is so dangerous that the d.e.a. says small amount could kill. we are talking about the grains
