the convicted d.c. snipers. lee boyd malvo had two of his virginia life sentences thrown out. old when he years was sentenced to life in prison without parole. his lawyers argued that a lifeme court ruling makes sentences for juveniles illegal. today's decision only applies to his sentence that he received from the state of virginia, where a new sentence will be issued. but he will continue serving of hisntences because maryland convictions. >> an update now on the virginia detained by i.c.e. today i.c.e. denied her appeal to stay in the country with her husband and children. they will appeal to the director of the agency next week. is an undocumented immigrant salvador. the governor pardoned a misdemeanor driving conviction on her record. >> new video shows the moments that a d.c. school bus went

the fire ripped through the bus quickly. everybody was able to get off bus safely and now we're hearing from the woman who was behind the wheel, when the wasne caught fire and she responsible for getting off everybody safely. here's her story. >> everybody got their personal belongings? reporter: sandra beverly has been a school bus driver for nearly 16 years. years, she has never seen anything like this. just -- just don't seem real. just don't seem real. [ambulance sirens] reporter: a fire started on her withhile she was riding five others, including an attendant and several students with special needs. they were headed to stewart hobson middle school. everybody get off the bus now! i wasn't thinking about me. i was thinking about my kids and attendants. reporter: beverly watched as the flames continued to spread. watch at seem real to

it just was really scary. there, shaking. my heart was beating fast. reporter: the students were not hurt. attendant were checked out at a local hospital. she says she suffered an anxiety attack and is feeling pain in her back, neck and chest. despite is that fact, she is grateful nobody was seriously hurt. >> it was no hero at all. blessing. a blessing. you really feel a blessing, thankful that you made it off that everybody was all right. >> she did a great job. new developments tonight in the d.c. mansion murder case. prosecutors say that the only suspect in this case, daron d.n.a. on a knife found inside the home. killing theged with family and their housekeeper and then setting their d.c. home on fire. d.n.a. also found on pizza crusts in the home and inside the family's car. his trial is set for september year.t >> new 911 tapes revealing the dramatic moments a man being
