just before the president spoke he laid a wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier. he placed it there and paz for -- and paused for a moment. that will wrap up his ceremony at the arlington national cemetery. there will be another ceremony for president john f. kennedy who would have turned 100 today. >> the fallout continues as the president's advisor and son-in-law, jared kushner, faces accusations of attempting to set up back channel medications with russia. laying a wreath at arlington national cemetery. the final resting place for many who died in service to their country.

>> a 10-year-old boy is thankfully ok after flying off of a waterslide and landing on concrete. we have the story and the incredible video. >> a fun day at a newly opened waterpark quickly goes awry. watch as the boy largest on the 80 degree drop and straight over the edge, sending him tumbling across the concrete. that terrifying moment caught on camera just 90 minutes after the slide opened on saturday. >> i would be worried about those slides because they are steep. >> the boy, who was taken to the hospital and later released walking away with scrapes and bruises. the slide was immediately shut

the outage on an experienced i.t. personnel in india. some flights were delayed due to the outage. this could cost the outage tens of millions of dollars in compensation. severe storms with tornado slammed parts of the midwest. there were four confirmed tornadoes in missouri alone. two are dead and one is missing after their car was what way by floodwaters. in oklahoma, hail the size of golf balls smashed the sky. 500 severe weather reports across the country. we have been dealing with rain, nothing quite that bad. >> over the next couple of days we are part of this risk of severe thunderstorms but more than likely we are just looking at passing showers. that is how your forecast from memorial day shapes up. here is your time lapse from this morning. cloudy, st

some blue skies and sunshine showing up. clouds move in and out of here. we got the sunshine earlier getting close to 80 degrees. just hitting 70 for laurel, 72 in largo. the warmer air is taking over for everybody. you can see that happening from west to east. we will get a look at what is going on. this is our cold front. you can see the line of white cloud cover. that is going to give us a chance to spark off a few more showers. i don't think we will get this much to show up. futurecast showing us a chance for isolated showers but nothing that heavy. this should all be giving just east of d.c. for a lot of the evening, we have a good amount of sunshine until 8:00 or 9:00. it makes for a

afternoon. they get right back in and stick around for most of the day. we will hang on to that until at least thursday. finally a dry day for you. it's about 85 degrees with partly cloudy skies into the evening. if you are cooking out or going to the pool, it should be a better day. temperatures down to 70 degrees by 11:00. tomorrow morning, we will start in the 60's. right around 80 for wednesday and thursday. your driest day holding off until thursday. 85 today, getting back to 80 degrees for the middle part of the week. thursday is your dry day. that is the one to take advantage of. looking like a better chance for rain and thunderstorms.
