>> you are watching abc 7 news at noon, on your side. must-see video out of new jersey. a woman with her eyes on her phone falling headfirst into an open cellar. she tumbled 8 feet into a basement over a text message. a worker rush to her aid. she went to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. caught on camera, police officers kicking a man involved in a fiery crash. this happened sunday following a high-speed chase in new jersey. the man police were chasing ran into another leading to that fiery scene. the man escaped from the fire and once the police arrived to the scene, officers apparently began taking and dragging the man.
