worker seth rich, this killer is on the loose and four months, a group of george washington university graduate students have been digging into the case and released their initial report. scott taylor has been covering the murder from day one and joins us now live. are they naming anyone in this report? >> no names. here is the 45 page report that goes into several different theories and sums it up by saying it is more than likely he was murdered by a hired killer. george washington university students volunteered their own time during the investigation and are funded by former republican lobbyist, jack bergman, who has filed a lawsuit against the d.c. police to release records in the case. they believe the death does not appear to be random homicide or a robbery gone bad. they found a surve
