justice for a fairfax county teenager that police say was the victim of road rage. >> we will not let the story just go away. 11:00 seven news at starts right now with breaking news. alison: breaking now, steam shooting into the sky, a creator on a busy road with cars nearby, covered in debris. all of this less than two blocks away from camden yards. jonathan: five people were hurt in the explosion. tim barber joins us live from the scene. show us what's going on. i cannot believe the size of the hole in the road. the explosion sent concrete and debris spraying all over. outside of the marriott, all of the sand and dust is over the chairs. as we push in, this is a good shot of the

this is the moment we look deep in our heart. anna-lysa: anger and sorrow phil dupont circle, days after the teenager was beaten to bat with a baseball bat. vigil, it wasthe trending on twitter with people speaking out about their frustration with the motive. >> i don't think it was road rage. anna-lysa: the police say the suspect, darwin martinez torres, attacked her after he had gotten into an argument with somebody in the group. they were returning to their mosque just as vigils were held in six other cities across the nation. >> this is a public matter and we all need to take a stand on it. anna-lysa: there is also a vigil scheduled for tomorrow evening at 6:30 in reston. prior to that, a funeral prayer service at 1:30 in the

jonathan: shortly before that vigil, her father, tears in his eyes, stood shoulder to shoulder with members of their mosque, urging people of all faiths to show love for one another. >> he does not want any other family to suffer the loss of a loved one. we do not havere senseless crimes committed against innocent people. imam says while the police are not calling this a hate crime, many in the muslim community feel that it is. he said they have complete confidence in fairfax county police who were leading this investigation. alison: powerful images from what belgian authorities call a foiled terror attack. belgian soldiers shot and killed a man seconds after he set off a small explosion and a rail station in brussels. nobody else was hurt and authorities did not raise the terror threat level.
