forward. council on american-islamic relations is also weighing in on this. larry: that was one of three decisions on the last day of the supreme court session. justices sent back to the lower court a border shooting case about a mexican teenager killed by u.s. patrol agent. they agreed to take on a case whether a bakery could deny a request for a gay couple. and we will have more coming up at 5:30. alison: we are following more developments after a man who went on a two-day shooting spree last summer pleaded guilty for the second time. this time eulalio tordil admitted to killing his wife gladys. he killed her and wounded another man before killing two other people the next day.

relief to gladys' family. >> if they did nothing else, the worst nightmare would be to come to court and look at this man to testify further victimize them. alison: he will be sentenced in prince george's county in september. larry: the family of castiles a agreeing to $3 million settlement deal. killed by a minnesota police officer last year in a traffic stop. after he informed the officer he had a legal gun on the car. it was broadcast live on facebook by castile's girlfriend. the officer was acquitted ten days ago and fired by the police department. alison: back at home, the beltway is back open after the inner loop was closed. look at that. closed for three and a half hours. nancy chen at the "live desk." some of the drivers were stuck for many hours. >> a huge mess. there were two accides

as 2004. after we exposed the district, the c.e.o., dr. kevin maxwell announced all schools would be tested. the first time since 2009. maxwell has refused to speak to the item on camera. i just got my hands on the latest lead testing results, which you won't see on the district website. so far 17 of 29 schools tested above the district recommended guideline of ten parts per billion, including jesse b. mason regional school, which has lead levels as high as 243 parts per billion. >> i am outraged honestly. i think it's despicable. >> school board member ed bureau says it's time for drastic measures. >> i believe we should shut off every fountain in the school district and have them opt in. once they are tested and we know they are safe, then turn them on. >> i put the test results on wjla.com. just look for my story. the district just

said test results mirror what we expected. students are not been exposed to water with high levels of lead. high levels. scott taylor, abc7 news. alison: thank you. update to the pedestrian tunnel in pentagon city. we told you in march renovations were finished in the tunnel at the intersection of south hayes and south 12 street. it's still not open. arlington county tells abc7 news it is working with an adjacent business owner to provide security and open and close the tunnel each day. once that deal is done the tunnel should open in the next few weeks. larry: if your child has a cell phone you probably know about snapchat. there are concerns about the snap maps feature to let you know what the friends are doing but where they are so join in on the fun. they say it's impossible for someone who isn't your friend to see the location. some parents aren't convinced.
