a week before the order a woman went to the emergency room claiming that darwin martinez torres assaulted her and said that he was a member of the gang ms13. the victim did not pursue charges saying he was afraid of torres. larry: and a man was in court to face charges of killing a 5-year-old in california. prosecutors think he killed his son in april. and believe he committed it as part of a divorce with the mother. alison: there is ransomware that has popped up in six countries. ukraine, pharmaceutical giant merck and the shipping giant maerk hit particularly hard. in the last hour we
