looking into thursday's incident on otis place northwest. reaction fromhe d.c. police and the people who witnessed the aftermath. q, everyone sounds like they believe the child and they are upset. q: yeah, they are upset to say the least, kim. they found the boy in this area. they say he was crying. he was hurt. his bike was mangled. >> i'm disgusted by it. q: people we spoke to in park view are upset with d.c. police. they say two officers left the scene of an accident. the victim, this 11-year-old boy on his bicycle. >> what police are going to hit a child and leave him there? q: it was just before 8 p.m. thursday. the officers were following the boy because they noticed fireworks in his back pocket and wanted to check them.

we found out the fireworks were never confiscated from the boy. live in northwest d.c., q mccray, abc 7 news. kimberly: q, before you go, do we know if the cruiser cam was rolling or body cameras? q: i asked that question, kim, and that is part of the internal investigation going on now. they will see if there is any video, body cameras, any information they can get to get to the bottom of this. kimberly: q mccray reporting for us, thank you. new information about the bicyclist who was hit in southeast d.c. he was on 29th street and failed to stop at a stop sign before turning left onto erie. a car that had the right-of-way then hit the bicycle and took off. the man on the bike is in critical condition. the police said the car that hit him is a four-door white or silver sedan with paper tags that start with the letters

call the police if you can help track down the driver. developing now, gunshots that lasted for 10 seconds, in the end more than two dozen people hit by bullets, others injured in the stampede to escape the gunfire at an arkansas nightclub. the police are desperate to find the shooters. bankert has more on the chaos in little rock. 25 individuals were injured by gunshot wounds, three from attempting to flee the venue. >> by the grace of god, all the victims are expected to survive. reporter: the downtown little rock nightclub was packed for a performance by a rapper. page shows acebook man pointing a gun at a camera. the police believe it was a dispute among concertgoers. >> it appears there was a disagreement that turned violent in the presence of rivalries and weapons. reporter: the police believe there may be multiple shooters. they are interviewing witnesses and an off-duty policeman working in the club. this after a week of drive-by shootings in little rock. >> this appears to be a continuation of disputes from groups, resulting in drive-by shootings. kimberly: now the deadly shooting at a hospital in the bronx.

killed a doctor and injured six other people before killing himself. bello and been a doctor -- bello had been a doctor at the bronx lebanon hospital center. he was fired over sexual harassment allegations. bello was looking for a specific doctor and shot another doctor. >> i heard the popm ran into the room -- i heard a pop, ran into the room, and barricaded the door. kimberly: "the new york daily news" said they received in the mill from the shooter two hours before the rampage. he wrote about being terminated and complained that several doctors worked to get him fired. still no word on what caused this large blaze at a rowhouse in northwest d.c. one firefighter was injured battling the fire. he was treated at th
