carlos deangelo bell now in the charles county detention center charged with assault. police believe he sexually victimized several or more boys and made porn graphic videos on his phone -- pornographic videos on his phone and admitted to detectives he is hiv positive. >> some of the evidence found included graphic images of bell sexually assaulting victims. nathan: charles county superintendent says she is coming to grips about how this could have happened inside the classroom. >> if you don't think i have asked myself that, thousands of times since learning you are wrong. >> before binge min stoddert elementary school, he worked as an aide and a track coach. he was kicked out of the school last december. >> a student parent observed suspicious texts messages on the child's phone that were sexual in nature. nath

up airport passengers. at least one person needed to be taken to the hospital. we don't know how the person is doing at this hour. police say the 56-year-old driver is being questioned but they don't think it was intentional. alison: gunshots on the beltway. a father of four shot to death while driving home. tonight a plea for help finding those responsible for the crime that police believe may have been random. maryland bureau chief brad bell joins us live for the hunt for a killer. brad? >> so much about the story is disturbing. the police looking for clues. it's a mystery. somebody on the beltway gunning down a motorist. that person or persons not yet caught. carlos lombre said his father adriano lombre worked hard,

wife and children. >> he wasn't in the family circle. he was the center piece to the family. he kept everybody together. life of the party. it wasn't a party unless my dad was there. brad: saturday night the lombre family lost its center when 55-year-old adriano was murdered as he drove the outer loop of the beltway north of pennsylvania avenue. police found him deceased in his car stopped in a travel lane. he had been shot multiple times. his car peppered with bullet holes. clearly targeted. but police believe he may have been randomly chosen. innocent victim. >> we believe it happened between 11:30 and 11:55 on july 1. saturday night. the beltway is busy as we know. there has to be somebody driving by at the time that saw something. >> no witness has been able to describe the kill ears car or any other detail of the crime. tonight one of the four children, his youngest son is making an emotional appeal.

camera captured the moment where his truck tried to merge into the same lane as 18-year-old roberson. the police say it set him off and he shot the teen in the head. >> to shoot somebody in the head from one moving vehicle to another is a calculated act. kimberly: this occurred days before roberson was supposed to attend college. orientation at jacksonville university in florida. despar has been charged with first-degree murder. alison: two capitol police officers credited with stopping a massacre are being honored again. this time on the nation's birthday. special agent crystal griner and special agent david bailey were both hurt when the gunman opened fire on a congressional baseball practice. both still returned fire, though. stopping that gunman. the d.c. society sons of the american revolution will honor both officers in the july

alison: firefighters in baltimore fighting a fire that engulfed three row homes. incredible video. eight homes were damaged. one resident and a firefighter were both hurt because of this. the cause of the fire is still under investigation. alison: check on the weather situation. an important forecast coming as the fourth of july upon us tomorrow. steve rudin is here with the latest. i feel like often we are dodging

for fireworks around here. steve: we often are. last year was cool and wet and foggy but we still got them in. it didn't look that great. for tomorrow i don't expect it to be like that. so good news there. we are going to dodge a few showers. a lot of folks like to get out of there early for the perfect seat. they get out there around 11:00 or nancy, -- 11:00 or 12:00 noon and you may get wet. a lot of folks are enjoying themselves even though the temperatures are still in the upper 80's to the lower 90's. if you have plans to be outdoors for the next hour stay well hydrated. the heat can sneak up on you quickly. 88 at dulles. 91 at the reagan national airport. it's 88 at winchester. luray at 8 of. for 86. in the 70's in elkins and oakland. that is the place to be if you like it cooler and not as humid. the game starts tonight at
