up for several informational sessions with charles county public school leaders and that's because they have carlos bell's activities within the school. detectives are laying out a time line which provides more insight into his employment history. bell who is h.i.v. positive is accused of sexually assaulting as many as 10 young boys and producing child porn and at the middle school where he worked as an aid. >> i think it's tragic. we're supposed to be able to trust our kids going to school. and then you find out that people are taking advantage. and then these boys are ruined for the rest of their lives. >> his employment goes back as far as 2008. he was hired by charles county public schools six years later where he worked with four schools. he picked up a job with a

northern, western suburbs about 70 degrees. showers may become heavier. a little bit of patchy fog with temperatures upper 60's to lower 7 o's. and bethesda and college park. fairfax at 70 degrees. storm watch shows showers 6:00 a.m. tomorrow morning around the capital beltway down towards fredricksburg. 9:00 in the morning general rain across the immediate metro area. nothing too heavy. through the afternoon hours depending on whether or not we see clearing will determine if we see a few thunderstorms pop. this is what it looks like at 3:00. north and west of d.c. off towards haguers tourn. panhandle of west virginia may be looking at heavier rain along with thunderstorms. things are looking to settle down by 6:00. it is going to be wet for the rush hour commute.
