friday to release him. prosecutors say he drove from his pennsylvania home to the district in may with a military style rifle. he pleaded not guilty and has been ordered to have a mental evaluation at his hearing is slated for 4:00 this afternoon. i've update on a disturbing story out of charles county. new details on the work history of an hiv-positive school aid charged with sexually assaulting boys and producing child pornography. suzanne kennedy has the latest. suzanne: carlos beltran's multiple use of experience in the county school system and investigators are asking anyone experienced in the county school system and investigators are asking -- carlos bell worked as a facility attended in 2008. 2

was hired by the county school system and work in at least four schools. he worked with a contractor that took care of children before and after school at j.p. ryan and wavy williams elementary school. he volunteered as an assistant track coach in 2016 at la plata high school. he was arrested last week and charged with producing child pornography and second-degree assault. police say he is admitted to being hiv-positive and authorities believe he molested seven boys on school property and at his home. and possibly at other locations. several of the alleged victims were identified from the videos and residents in the community i'm the charges disturbing. -- find the charges deserving. >> you find out that people are taking advantage, no way nobody caught on. somebody probably saw something weird was happening and did not speak up. suzanne: the school

in critical condition and an indiana prosecutor says that the shooter will not be charged with a crime. saying he acted in self-defense. according to sheriff's records, they have argued more than one dozen times in the last eight years over a range of issues from the location of a fence to a dog. both were charged with battery in 2011 after getting into a fight that left one man stabbed in the arm and the other with cuts. remember this brutal attack outside of a georgia restaurant? police have the two people behind the beating of the store's owner and her daughter kind bars. this was over -- behind bars. this was over cold chicken and a lack of french fries, they have been charged with battery and child cruelty. thief did not stop a car -- could not stop a car
